The Unhealer

I watched this movie a couple weeks ago.  It was one I heard about and thought it sounded like an interesting premise and was a relatively short movie.  All I can really say is it was pretty mid.  It was so bland that it wasn't good but it also wasn't bad enough to become good ironically either.  It did have some corny moments that were pretty bad but not much to remember or warrant repeat ironic watching.  It doesn't really go much of anywhere and it's so unappealing that just a couple weeks later, I actually couldn't remember its title.  Unlike 78% of critics, according to Rotten Tomatoes, I wouldn't recommend this movie.  Some may enjoy it but for me it just didn't work in any way.  But one thing I would say for this movie is that it sets up for a seguel, and if I catch myself in a moment of being able to see the sequel, I would be curious to see where it goes and if it's any better than the first so maybe that says enough for the movie in regards to recommending it.  But if you're on the fence or the premise doesn't sound interesting then it probably is better you pass on this one.
